Nasib baiklah ada kedai daging halal kat sini, kalau tak sure makan ikan and seafood aje. Mostly, kedai daging sini dibuka oleh org-org middle east. Maklumlah, depa kan suka makan red meat nie especially lamb. Daging kat sini murah and banyak pilihan tau.
Erkkkkk...lamb brain..mcm geli aje menengoknya. Nak masak apa yer..pernah pergi restoran minang, Sari Ratu, pun ada masakan otak nie, dipanggilnya Gulai Otak. Apa rasanya?
A must kalau datang kedai daging nie, sausages. Sausages sini tak macam Ramly kat Malaysia, memang berbeza and the daging is pure tak ada campuran tepung ker apa. Tapi, kalau lepas grill or goreng, siap ler, berminyak kuali tu sebabnya dalam sausages tu dicampurkan lemak-lemak sekali.
Variety of meats...sampaikan nak beli daging pun boleh rambang mata tau. But as for me, beli yang basic aje la. Mana nak sumbat kalau beli banyak-banyak. Fridge kat rumah kecik aje.

Akak terpanggil utk komen when I read this entry about otak kambing. Sedap weh, masak lemak. Orang kata makan otak ni kolestrolnya tinggi. But then it's not every day we indulge, kan? It's very easy to cook too. The only hassle is, is to get rid of the visible veins. Senang jer. Using a skewer or lidi satay, prick into the veins and remove them. It will come out easily.
Akak selalu guna otak lembu. Banyak pun banyak! Hehe!
