My favourite movies...ever !!!!

Semalam, melayan movie While You Were Sleeping kat Channel 7 sementara menunggu World Cup. It is my all-time favourite movie. Its a romantic comedy with Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman.

Lucy (Sandra Bullock) has to work on Christmas at a Chicago train station as a token collector because she has no family to go to. When she spots her dream lover, Peter, getting mugged at the station, she rescues him and brings him to a hospital, but Peter goes into a coma. Peter's family thinks that Lucy is Peter's fiancee, and welcomes her into the family. Lucy feels the family love for the first time. During the time spent with Peter's family, Lucy falls in love with Peter's brother, Jack (Bill Pullman)

Satu lagi my all the time favourite movie, nie paling top sekali is Pretty Woman. Dah tengok berulang-ulang kali dah cerita nie since I in Form 3. Until now, kalau bosan-bosan kat Adelaide nie, I still tengok cerita nie. I still think that Julia Roberts and Richard Gere is like made for each other. But, I dont like the movie, Runaway Brides, rasa macam bosan aje cerita tu.

Vivian Ward (Julia Roberts) has found a way of living by working as a prostitute on Hollywood Boulevard. When she runs into the prince of her dreams, who comes along on his wild horse, she first does not recognize him as her saviour. The prince, a ruthless and wealthy businessman by the name of Edward Lewis (Richard Gere), does not know that she could be more than just a girl from the sidewalk, but he changes his decision after the first night with the beautiful stranger. Her being the first person in a long time who could surprise him, Edward can slowly feel the light at the end of the tunnel. He is on his way to become a better person, whereas Vivian has got a new chance to start over again.

Another one is Speed. Masa nie tahun 1994, right after SPM. Masa nie dah suka giler kat Keanu Reeves, sampaikan bilik penuh dengan poster die aje. Tengok cerita nie masa kat wayang sampai 5 kali, then tengok kat ASTRO pun masih tak jemu-jemu. Then, satu lagi cerita Keanu Reeves, Walk in a Cloud pun best jugak !!!!! Dalam cerita Speed nie, Keanu berpasangan with Sandra Bullock.

In a downtown highrise building in L.A., a psychopathic bomber & extortionist rigs an elevator full of people to plummet into the basement if his $3-million demand is not met. When SWAT Officers Jack Traven (Keanu Reeves) & Harry Temple foil the bomber's plan and rescue the hostages, the bomber retaliates. First he blows up a city bus, then contacts Traven to warn him that a second bus has a bomb attached to it. Once that bus hits 50mph, the bomb is armed. If it drops below 50, it will explode. The bomber also warns Jack that if any attempt at rescue is made, the bomb will also explode. Jack races down the freeway and manages to board the bus. When an accident injures the driver, young bus passenger Annie (Sandra Bullock) is forced to take over behind the wheel and keep the bus running at 50 in order to stay alive

Bila pikir-pikir balik, both movie, While You Were Sleeping and Speed ada Sandra Bullock and the hero/s name is Jack, and Im married to a guy name Daddy JACK !!!!

I really like Sandra Bullock and Julia Roberts. They are A-list actresses. Tapi, cerita Sandra Bulluck, The Blind Side. Sempat tengok cerita nie masa dalam dalam flight untuk ke Adelaide tapi ceritanya macam bosan, maybe because heavy drama. And she deserve it for Academy, tapi sayangnya kejayaannya as a Best Actress dihancurkan dengan kekecewaan dalam rumahtangga.
